Motherhood Wellness

a holistic approach to wellness.
Our Mission
Our mission is to improve the well-being of our clients using a whole body approach to wellness. Our practice is founded upon the belief that wellness can be achieved through addressing the mind, body, and spirit. We will meet you right where you are physically, emotionally, and spiritually, in the comfort of your own home. By addressing mama AND baby, we will provide the tools and information you need to determine and meet your goals.

Hi there!
I'm Beth. A wife, a mom of 3 under 3 (twin girls and a 6 month old boy), and an occupational therapist. I've worked in both pediatric and adult practice settings, including outpatient pediatric therapy and school-based OT, as well as adult outpatient rehab and ergonomics. After becoming a mom and realizing the challenges of balancing life with two babies, I decided to pursue a career helping to optimize maternal health through restoring physical wellness, finding balance even amongst all of life's demands, preparing nutritious meals to promote healing in postpartum, and helping moms navigate common concerns and challenges with breastfeeding so they feel confident feeding their babies. What better profession to help women feel confident in their new role as 'mama' while maintaining satisfaction in all other areas of life than occupational therapy! With both personal and professional experience, I know many of the challenges accompanying motherhood. I am passionate about my job because I know just how difficult it can be to feel like yourself again postpartum, and I want to help women love their role as mama while maintaining their sense of identity. It takes a village to raise a mama, and I'm here to be a part of yours!
